Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 2026

באים? respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains the responsibilities when uploading audio files and how to report an infringement.

This is a convenience translation. The binding version is the Hebrew one.

Report an infringement

General

This policy applies to all audio files users upload to the service. Use of the service is also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for every file they upload. On upload, the user declares they own the file or hold all required rights, permissions or licenses, and that the use does not infringe the copyright, performers’ rights or any other right of a third party. The user undertakes to indemnify באים? for any damage, expense, demand or claim arising from such an infringement.

Consent logging

When the declaration is accepted we record the time of acceptance, the user ID, the invitation ID, the version and text of the declaration accepted, and the IP address (where permitted by applicable law) — for record-keeping and to handle reports.

Reporting an infringement (notice & takedown)

A rights holder who believes content on the service infringes their rights is invited to contact us through the report form. A valid notice includes a full name and contact details, a link to the infringing content, a description of the right infringed and the basis for the claim, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

How we handle reports

If we receive a valid copyright-infringement notice, we will review it and act to remove the content if necessary. We may remove any audio file at any time if a reasonable suspicion of infringement arises, and contact the user who uploaded it.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe rights.
