באים? provides a service for designing and managing digital invitations, including creating an invitation, sharing it via a link, RSVPs and related tools. We strive to offer an available, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee continuous, fault-free availability.

• To provide true and accurate details when registering and creating the invitation.
• To use the service only in a lawful and fair manner.
• Not to upload offensive content, content that infringes copyright, or unlawful content.
• To keep your account login details confidential.

When you collect guest details (names and phone numbers) through the RSVPs, you are responsible for using them in accordance with the law. We provide the tool only and store the information on your behalf.

You declare and warrant that you hold all the rights and licenses required for any content you upload — including images and especially music/songs — and that using it does not infringe copyright or any third-party right.

Full responsibility for the content and its use rests with you alone. You undertake to indemnify us for any damage, claim or demand brought against us as a result of content you have uploaded. Media files (images and music) are stored in cloud storage in order to display them to guests, and are automatically deleted some time after the event.

Checking the confirmation box when uploading a song constitutes consent to the above. If infringing content comes to our attention, we may remove it.

The designs, templates, code and brand of באים? are our property. The content you upload (names, images, texts) remains yours, and you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The fee for the service is determined according to the package and the price quote agreed upon. Full details will be provided before placing the order.

The service is provided as is (As Is). We shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service or from temporary malfunctions, beyond what is required by law.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
